Very clean friendly staff nice place to stay

A really nice hotel, love the design and the little fairy lights around the outside and inside. Good location for Colchester Town, Colchester Leisure centre and the Zoo. Rooms decent size and comfy, could just do with cleaning more often under the beds. Good price for the room and breakfast but expensive for some of the meal options. There wasn’t much noise- nice quiet setting. The air con is noisy though even when not on which disturbs my sleep and also the sink kept gurgling for a while at night till everyone stopped using water. Food was nice but service could be slow in the evening. Don’t leave breakfast too late otherwise the good pastries are all gone!

De kosten voor één nacht parkteren was 17 pond, de douche was matig, het personeel niet erg vriendelijk. Het bed was te klein en niet vakkundig opgemaakt.

Het personeel was vriendelijk, het ontbijt was voor het type hotel erg goed

De bedden waren waardeloos, de veren van de matrassen waren erg voelbaar.
