Convenient to get to

I checked in late evening and asked how I paid for parking. I was told if I was an IHG member this was free. I gave them my number, there was no mention of having to log into any computer system. I tried to confirm this on check-out but there was no-one on the reception desk. I subsequently received a £100 fine for failing to pay for parking!!! I appealed, sending details of my reservation and IHG number - this was rejected. BE WARNED

Was ok allemaal.

Clean, friendly staff, nice amount of parking. Excellent breakfast, the whole party really enjoyed. (4,6,9 years old children)

There was a difference in treatment that, to me, felt uncomfortably close to racism, I would choose to doubt it because accepting that reality feels difficult and unsettling.

To be honest absolutely nothing it was a terrible stay.

The room was so damp, the sheets and mattress damp and there was a smell in our room. It was really disappointing. The staff especially the morning of check out were unhelpful and had a strange attitude. We weren't from the area and needed help with a taxi and she told me to use uber- strange. Staff need training.
