The best stay I ever had. I worked at Disney World resorts and this is the best price for the best most comfortable stay. Denise, Teri at the front desk very nice and professional. Steven for breakfast was very helpful for the food and breakfast hours. He kept the breakfast room stocked and clean, absolutely spotless. Kierra for housekeeping gave me a few extra towels. The night time lady and gentlemen text to see if I need anything else to make my stay pleasant. I appreciate Mr. Burke for his hard work, time and energy. Hard working staff, police and very kind. Must stay.

"Management has to do better with handling situations and communicating , nice room but dealing with ants wasn’t ok."

You can tell they were renovating the hotel, so what they moving towards is really nice.

The customer service wasn’t good, upon checking in a couple was arguing with management about ants infestation in to rooms and the room I stayed in also had ants. The employees and management were not understanding and supportive of the situation didn’t not speak on the stay and its accommodations such as continental breakfast and no one answered the phone at the front desk.
