Convince to the Lenovo Center

location. clean. front staff tried to be helpful with some reservation issues, which I thought got resolved, but unfortunately did not. They say it's booking, booking says it's the hotel and I'm just stuck in the middle and lost money.

making a reservation through booking.com. next time I'll go straight to the hotel. I've tried to reach out to the booking customer service the last 3 days and have gotten NO response.

The staff were friendly and things seemed clean.

Breakfast was nice

Locked out of room and hotel unable to make a duplicate key. Had to wait in the lobby for over 4 hours in the lobby in my pajamas until 4:00am for emergency call to the maintenance man to come from his home and unlock the door. Clocks in the room was incorrect still hour behind causing me to be late for important event. No carts in the lobby for luggage so I had to carry all of my bags myself and the desk clerk mistakenly locked me out of the hotel lobby. The same time I was locked out of the room for hours there was another couple with the same problem. Upon checking in the room was not ready and waited over 90 minutes in the lobby. The hotel manager was horrible with her customer service skills and offered no assistance. Upon being locked out of the room the manager said she would take care of the bill with reduced bill. The next morning when I spoke with her she went back on her word and said she was not authorized to do that. She said she would follow up with owner for resolution and call me. The manager never called me. The manager called my friend and offered 10,000 points and the points have yet to be credited. The hotel is poorly managed and I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. The manager and staff do not care about their customers. Horrible experience and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at hotel and I’m a frequent traveler. The manager and staff need some customer service training. Bad, Bad, Bad. This is not good for booking.com

My first disappointment with a Holiday Inn express. Hotel is right next to train tracks At least a 30 minute wait to check in , they could have used some help for the only staff member on duty . She was very polite and helpful Weather in the mid 80 degrees. AC did not work , had no other rooms to switch to . Old wall mount type that was converted to a wall thermostat , which is fine if it works . Very warm night and room was stuffy . No fan in bathroom Found dirty pair of socks on floor Internet had no security and was pretty slow Room phone not working We always stay at holiday inn express. But for $200 for one night and the terrible experience at this one … I think I will be switching
