Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh West - Lenovo Center by IHG

It was nice location , great hospitality, rooms clean and bed comfortable

This place is brand new, clean and beautiful. The customer service is top notch. If you will be in Raleigh at the Lenovo Center area, this is the place to be. They do not disappoint!

I stayed here with my daughter who had a soccer tournament. The lobby was great for us parents to gather in the evening time. I was told the hotel just completed a massive renovation and I can tell because everything looked so new. The staff was great, our crew complemented the service throughout our stay. We would come back again for sure

The front desk attendant was kind, room was clean. Area seemed safe & easily accessible by the highway.

Our room did not have a remote, we called the front desk & they said they would bring one but never did. Then on the day of our check out we were woken by a knock on the door from housekeeping (even though we had the do not disturb sign out), we could hear them doing this to every room near us on the hallway. When I answered the door, they just said "check out", it was 10:10AM. I told her that check out was posted as 11AM by the front desk and she just said, no. We quickly gathered our things an exited the room. When we got down to the front desk, we confirmed that the sign said 11AM & explained to the attendant that housekeeping was going around on the second floor kicking people out.

Very clean. Staff was very nice. Location was excellent.

TV options were very limited. Breakfast was not good.

The rooms were really nice and had all necessary amenities.

It was under construction so the front entrance wasn't open but it was communicated ahead of time.
