"Good but construction and the fire alarm situation impacted our comfortability"

Great location, clean, spacious room

The fire alarm went off both nights we stayed at 12 am and we had to evacuate and stand in the cold for 30 minutes before going back in. Staff did not inform us of what was happening at any point

The staff was friendly.

Floor wasn't vacuumed and we have a toddler. Full size beds being passed off as queen beds. Ratchet guests pulling the fire alarm at midnight. Building was being renovated and we would have chose another place had we known. The price was outrageous, $300 to have a room for 13 hours. Only three towels when we had four guests.

It was baby roaches crawling in the bathroom area. It was reported but nothing was done about it. The guy at the front desk stated over the phone that they had no bug spray last night.

"Terrible service and communication"

The hotel was under remodel, which was never communicated to me. It had also changed names, which again was never told to me. The staff was unhelpful and the checkin process was backed up. The keys didn't work when I got back to the room on the second day and I got a text message that implied I had been checked out when my things were still in the room and it took me quite a while to get someone on the phone to say I still had my room.

Staff was friendly and the check in process was simple.

I wasn’t aware the front lobby was under major construction and they had a temporary lobby in the back. The price was much too high (almost $300 for a night) for what was offered.
