Fabulous hotel great location 8-10 minutes walk from port. Pools lovely staff very friendly will stay again next time.

When we raised our concerns, there was no genuine effort to help or resolve the issues. It felt like our presence was an inconvenience to them. **Cleanliness:** The room was full of mosquitoes, with no proper pest control in place. Towels were stained and dirty, and there was a persistent foul smell in the bathroom. For a property that claims to be premium, this level of hygiene is unacceptable. **Amenities:** Many of the room’s amenities were broken or not functioning. The state of disrepair was obvious—no attention had been paid to upkeep or guest comfort. **Value for Money:** This was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience—but it was ruined. We paid a premium price and got a substandard experience. Nothing about our stay reflected the price tag or the promises made in their marketing. **Responsiveness:** Even after flagging issues during our stay, no meaningful action was taken. The management only responded after the trip, and even then, with a generic apology that failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. This property does not live up to the hype. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, but the staff are friendly and it's a great location, the stairs to the toilet in the bungalow are quite dangerous, most disappointing is they have both pool bars shut for renovations at the one time

The villa is at a perfect location, not far from the buzzing street making it easy for family with kids or couples to enjoy their time. There are two amazing pools one by the entrance with bar next to it and the other further secluded for those who need privacy. The beach is just next door and they offer private snorkelling trips which is perfect. Rooms are spacious and loved the open roof bathroom! The team is awesome and helpful and manage the property pretty well. Will definitely stay here when we come back to Gili T.

The hotel has an amazing location, so central and accessible to the main strip (without been surrounded by noise or 100% visible to people walking past). The pool was well resourced with chairs and available shade, or you could also use the beach day beds too (all included). Pool bar drinks and food menu was great and well priced. Rooms were comfortable, spa was lovely (although its probably good to note if you are booking for 2 people - specify that you want separate treatment rooms. Would stay again.

Great gardens and landscape Very good location

Stayed in a superior lumbung terrace room which was generally good. Missing sockets near the bed which they really need to fix - only one free socket in the room across the other side. Bathroom was in good shape. Weirdly the only small closet was in the bathroom. Hotel needs refurbishment in areas like the decking by pools. Can’t comment on pool bars as they were both closed - one for refurbishment and one just never had staff. They were missing a lot of sun shades by the adults only pool - 2 in total were there for about 20 sunbeds. Rented bikes which worked although some had seen better days. Breakfast was pretty good and grounds were very kept very well. Price was good at a heavy discount, but wouldn’t pay more than £65 a night here. Overall a 3* resort at the moment.

So much to do on the property, but also so much to do around the property that we never got to it! Gili T is so user friendly with so many activities, nightlife, places to eat, shopping etc. wish we spent more nights here!

Beautiful! Lovely room, very spacious, bathrooms are gorgeous! Bottled water suplied along with tea, coffee and sugar. Gardens are well kept and gives you a rural feeling. Paths to the pools and reception are pretty, well maintained and easy to manage with luggage. Staff are very polite and eager to help with anything. Two large pools, one for adults only. Both have a swim up bar (although 1 wasn't in action due to early in the season) Lovely breakfast and lunch options. Located directly on the beach and very close to the hub of shops, market, restaurants. Plenty of bikes available and horse carts passing the hotel.

Absolutely amazing experience, Rully and the rest of the team were fantastic in supporting us and accommodating us throughout the whole holiday. Honestly this is one of the best places I’ve been to in my life, 100% recommend. The resort is absolutely stunning too.
