BEST hotel I stayed at during my whole trip to Bali and near by islands. The room was beautiful and the entire location is perfect with 2 pools as well as beach access. The staff is so kind, attentive and helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful and even help you book other activities. Would absolutely stay here again. Ivan and Ruly especially were so helpful in the office and we even extended our stay with them.

Very nice property

We went all the way there from Kardia hotel with a baby to check a room considering this hotel as a possibility for our next time visit to gili T. Baby fell asleep on the way so we took a rest in a sunbed and they charged 100k just to sit (5pm almost night) we waited for the reception staff to come and show the room and no one ever came. There was another guest complaining about the AC not working saying is the second time it happened, and another not happy guest having some issue with her check in process. ethic is simply horrible in this place. We left after 45min, after wasting our time and money as no one came to show us the room. Oh and the pool was terribly dirty.

Amazing location amazing hotel - the beers are priced great and the breakfast was good

The place is compliant with what it offers : Located right in front of the sea, 2 great pools (one more quiet for those who prefer). The rooms are of good size and clean, staff is nice, breakfast is good. Big plus : 5 min walk from the harbour, which is quite practical. Will definitely recommend. Maybe more complicated / crowded during the high season, but I guess thats the same everywhere.

We loved the Vila Ombak hotel for our stay on Gilli T! When we arrived, we did upgrade from the small huts as for two travelers with lots of clothes for a week's stay, this was more suited. This was made so easy by all hotel staff, who could not have been more helpful. The hire of bikes, boat availability and knowledge of the staff was fantastic. The evening/lunch food was great - unfortunately the only downfall was the breakfast. I want to especially mention Safwan, who just lit up our day. Your energy, your positive, happy and smiley approach was fantastic. I will never say Water the same ever again! We would stay again, each and every time!

Lovely place. Would definitely recommend

This place is amazing if you want to live the dream. We had floating breakfast that was far superior to our expectations, the pillows were the softest I have ever slept on, the staff are outstanding and cannot go enough for you. Highly highly recommended. Wish we had booked for longer now.

Great place to stay, but gaps in the doors. The breakfast was great and the beds super comfy.
