The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the room was lovely. They came with pretty much everything you may need like coffee and tea, a little scrubber, and other things you may have forgotten. Everything ran really well, and came with clear instructions in case it didn't. And there was always a member of staff around if you need assistance.

"Excellent Hotel in Edinburgh"

A beautiful accommodation with excellent rooms, genuine friendly service, and great location. Very elegant rooms and wonderful art throughout the hotel. It was one of my favorite hotels that I have ever stayed in.

"Lovely stay."

Lovely welcome and shown to the room, staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great quiet location away from any main roads. Hotel is also an art gallery so lots of lovely art work to look at. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably sized.

No lift/elevator so if you were in a wheelchair it wouldn’t be accessible. Lots of stairs especially to the top floor. Not the hotels fault but the room next to us were quite loud - loud snoring all night -
