Liviv merkezde meyanadın içinde bulunuyor konumu çok iyi. Otel odaları temiz ve rahat. Personeller ilgili. Teras katında kahvaltı eşliğinde opera binasını izleyebilirsiniz. Tavsiye ederim. The location is very good in the center of Lviv. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is concerned. On the terrace floor you can watch the opera house with breakfast. I advise.

Nice location but that's it. Nothing else Just nice location. Do they deserve that stars? I think no cuz bad service and except reception women almost all workers acting highbrow actions and not helpful. Especially in restaurant we really have had terrible and not expected service. Nothing to eat and bad breakfast and irresponsible waiters. Unhappy and surly faces. Anyway if you wanna stay in nice location choose this hotel cuz near to old town but service is important I think. So if you will pay this much money and if you care pulp about service and comfort like us, you can find better hotels with less star or same. Hope I help you with these informations. Thank you.

Excellent location near sites, historic district, opera, restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast in 7th floor restaurant with stunning view. Pleasant room design. Staff somewhat helpful, but also somewhat indifferent. It is not possible to control room temperature at all. :( Toiletries are provided in small individual packages which is not environmentally friendly.

Bad pillows though

Excellent location, close to everything. Very nice and helpful staff at reception. Clean spacious room. Breakfast wasn’t the best but it was still ok, plus the view was breathtaking.

This hotel has superb location in the heart of Lviv, literally across the street from Lviv Opera House, which is a must to visit while you are in Lviv. Great views of the city from all rooms, we stayed on top floor in big suite which had amazing views to die for. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was not good at all (thus minus one star). It was tasteless, repetitive, limited options and simply not good for a hotel of this class.

I can highly recommend this hotel! I have stayed there during Easter 2019. The location is great to explore the historic center of Lviv. Breakfast is very good with a great view of the Lviv opera house. Finally, reception stuff has been very helpful and professional. Transfer organised by the hotel is fast and friendly. I would stay there again.

This hotel has one of the best beds I have spelt on. Next time I travel to Lviv I will be booking this hotel.

The hotel located just in the heart of the city center. Everything was good.
