PANORAMA Hotel

Amazing location directly across from the opera house and within walking distance of many of the modern and historic attractions Lviv has to offer. Wonderful staff who are very well versed in English and were very accommodating and friendly despite working on a holiday during our stay. The panorama view from the restaurant is breathtaking and it is a wonderful way to eat breakfast! Finally, the cost of this establishment was a remarkable bargain! We would’ve gladly spent triple what we spent on this short holliday trip!

We stayed for 2 nights at first day we came too early in lviv at 6 am and the hotel’s check in is at 2 pm. We went there to asked if we can leave our bags for awhile since we can’t check in fortunately this kind girl from reception let us check in early I couldn’t thank her enough for that since we were really tired. Actually all the receptionists are all accommodating. Just to point out something about the room 1. They should put doorbell for each room 2. They need to check their amenities (our phone isn’t working) 3. They should put sprinkler (some people like me doesn’t like to use tissue 😄) . More choices in the menu. Anyways the room interior is modern and cozy we like it especially the view. Staffs are amazing very rare service especially if you’re in Ukraine customer service in this country sucks.Overall verdict 9/10.

The hotel is in a good location by the main square, however room was small and bed/pillows uncomfortable. The foyer is very small with a bar that doesn't serve beer and there is only a few seats next to the reception to sit down. Bizarrely most of the foyer is taken up with a hair dressers. The gym is also a lot smaller than the photos with the only running machine broken. Decent breakfast with good views over city.

I stayed here for two nights. Hotel was clean and the location was good. Breakfast was okish but the place for breakfast had a great view and was nice. Car transfers from the airport were not good (just not good cars) but otherwise the hotel was fine and will stay again, mostly for the central location.

Clogged shower and sink, noisy corridor, dog barking in room next door though it is not a pet friendly hotel. Very average breakfast and they charge for cappuccino "ridiculous when you spend more than a 100$ for a room in ukraine. it is a clean 3 stars hotel at a price of 5, 4 stars is overrated, and too expensive for what u get. I have tried all the hotels in central lviv and sure will not book panorama again. Interior design is weak (again with ref to other 4st hotels).

Very conveniently placed. Nice artwork on walls of common areas. Great view of opera house and main boulevard from restaurant. Only drawback is it feels much more like a business hotel than one for tourists, and the atmosphere is a little impersonal and not especially homely - but staff helpful with all requests.

Hotel Panorama in Lviv is a hotel of a very high standard. Cosy modern rooms, a superp restaurant, a view of the city like in 4d an a highly educated staff in the reception. All in all a hotel worth visiting.

Great location, room nice but a little cool. I think this is common in Ukraine
