PANORAMA Hotel

Great location, next to Lviv Opera House. Room size & space for personal items adequate. Tiny bathroom, bath tissue not replenished, no hand tissue. No room thermostat to regulate temparature in room. Hotel restaurant service could be improved: breakfast served in rooftop restaurant with nice views of Lviv's rooftops, but even though weather quite chilly, glass enclosed rooftop windows right next to tables were completely open, necessitating covering up with blankets to eat breakfast. Automatic coffee machine only offers black coffee, cappuccino $2.25 extra per cup! Breakfast selections limited. Wait staff slow and unattentive at dinner, windows wide open on terrace in spite of chill, enclosed area for smokers only! Hamburgers prominently featured on menu, but they were out of burgers the night we ate there. Overall experience would be much better with these issues addressed.

Very small standard room. Aside from that everything was good. The breakfast was decent and the gym was suitable.

Hotel with just great location, but it should have some extra facilities to be called 4,5 * one. At least kettle should be in the room and the breakfast should have a bit more options and better coffee. Restaurant has wonderful view, but service can be better.

The Hotel has all the modern features that you will be needing; each floors has its own colorful Art and the rooms have bright turquoise blue furniture with high ceilings. The best view in the city is seen from the amazing restaurant on the Roof. This Hotel is located in a perfect location with a great views of the Opera House with its 19th century spectacular ornate architecture. From the hotel front doors is Old town, just across the Square past the big fountain, you will see shops on a cobble stone streets with electric cable cars rolling slowly by. Along these cobble stone streets are various churches with high steeple and various towers built over the centuries.

Walking distance from all entertainment and restaurants. Free breakfast was very good.

Everything about the Hotel was very nice, although housekeeping was lax. Floor not vacuumed for two days, bathroom floor not mopped in a week! Shower was always cleaned, mirror and sink always cleaned!

The rooms and halls of the hotel were dark, nothing like the pictures. The hotel was eerily silent and I didn’t really feel comfortable. Breakfast was great and the employees were nice but I still felt like I was in a horror movie waiting for a serial killer to sneak behind me every time I walked down the hall.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. They needed more variety at breakfast. When you stay for a week you need to have more choices and not the same food every morning. The breakfast staff didn't understand English so it was a little frustrating. Front desk people were very helpful and kind.

Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. The view from the restaurant amazing.

I have visitied Panorama hotel for the second time, but now the hotel was newly renovated and looks fantstic. All rooms have really impressive design, rather creative, all the facilities are brand new. The staff is always ready to help you and provides the best possible service and valuable advice. Hotel location is great, it is right in the city centre enabling you to reach all key city points You have your breakfast at a magnifisent terrace overlooking the city and giving you the best panorama of the city and the Opera theatre. Having a dirnk there at night is also a pleausure. Do not hesitate to book this place for the most confortable and enjoyable stay, Ekaterina
