"Excellent"

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel good for a reasonably priced stay. On a busy road though, with trams and buses going by, so try to get room away from the front of the Hotel.

"Great place to stay"

The Place is conveniently located near the bus station where the tour bus pick up point is. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Helped bring our luggages up to our rooms and brought it down when we checked out. The only down side is there is no lift so your knees better be good. Will definitely stay again if ever I return to Edinburgh.

Relaxed atmosphere, and felt very well looked after , reception staff were very helpful and friendly.waitress at breakfast time was really pleasant. The room was delightful so luxurious.

"Brilliant, well located hotel and great for solo travellers"

A brilliant stay, a clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. Very well located if you want to visit the theatre. Roughly a 10 min walk from the train station and well located in New Town. On my second stay I was upgraded and what a room! I wish I had a little more time to enjoy the hotel facilities.
