Domaine de la Tour B&B

Need place to stay after ferry crossing and fit the bill perfectly. Warm welcome and accommodating. Directed us to a beautiful restaurant for our evening meal which was memorable. Minor faults on some cleanliness but not at all a problem. Will definitely stay again.

As a family of four, sometimes it is difficult to find a hotel which truly accommodates families. The grounds included a small playground, a petting farm, plenty of places for picnics and running. The room was large enough to allow the children a place to play while not being underfoot. Each morning, there was a delight spread of fresh breads, and jams along with cereal for the children. The host of the hotel seemed to understand the needs of a family. We truly enjoyed our time in Normandy.

Lucky upgrade to a huge room, very comfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed here on our way down to Le Mans Classic. It's set in the countryside in a beautiful area in converted stables, next to what can only be described as a country mansion (it used to be an Earls country residence). We were running late, but this was no issue to the owners who rang us to check that all was OK and we hadn't experienced any problems.

We were very late arriving due to the ferry being held up at Caen with the D-=Day landings celebrations' but everything was waiting for us even at 11 p.m. We were very pleased with our room - it was quiet, clean and comfortable.

I've dragged my husband to B&B's in the past and he wasn't thrilled but instantly loved the atmosphere, the beautiful romantic setting and the owner spoke English and recommended a fabulous restaurant in Falaise for dinner.

We arrived very late and very wet ( on a motorbike) Our host gave us somewhere to dry our sodden bike gear overnight and was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is delightful and the accomodation is very cosy. A charming place, no error!

We had a lovely welcoming reception from the owners upon arrival giving us a comprehensive overview of the hotel and nearby city. The suite was roomy even with two extra beds for our little ones. Breakfast was equally friendly with anything you wanted provided. A great place to stop before heading to the ferries at Caen.

Very satisfied no complaints.
