The receptionist in the morning was very unhelpful. I explained that I had scalded myself in the shower as the shower didn’t work and she didn’t seem very interested or helpful

Location, view, pleasing facade, welcoming staff. Good car parking facilities. Very good comprehensive breakfast.

Very minimum of toiletries and teas/milk provided. Plumbing needs an overhaul. Could hardly flush the toilet in room 103. Basic cleanliness but needed an in depth clean.

The food was perfect .

The room looked like it had not been decorated in 20 years, dirty walls, peeling wallpaper, dirty bathroom with moldy sealant around fixtures.

As a regular visitor to the hotel all I can say is thank you all for your wonderful hospitality .We all have stress in our lives but the moment I walk through the hotel my stress levels melt away .With the most kindest friendly hotel staff you will ever meet. Wonderful happy bar area and a gorgeous restaurant. Food is so lovely any whim is catered for .I must admit I am quite a fussy eater .But always the food is so tasty and plentiful and any requirements are catered for .lovely clean cosy bedrooms some with spectacular seaviews .Already booked for christmas just the most wonderful atmosphere. I am so pleased I have found my happy place .See you all very soon .lots of love .

Only stayed 2 nights but would have loved longer. Everything about the hotel is excellent. All staff very very friendly and courteous. Breakfast very good and you make your choices for cooked items the day before which is a good idea and presumably saves waste. Ate dinner both nights and food really good. Stayed in a sea view room which would recommend to anyone booking as back of hotel is right on promenade. Very quiet as well.

No shelves to store anything in bathroom or shower.
