A well located well run hotel, highly recommended.

The property is a decent one. The service and amenities need to be upgraded and enhanced. Every day they cleaned the room, they took the dirty towels and never replaced it with clean one. After the 2nd night, I had to ask for towels each time I needed one, which is terrible. The beds and mattresses are old and not comfy.

The hotel has a great location, it is walking distance to many sites, the water, and close to lots of great restaurants. The room is simple, but clean and lots of hot water. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The lady in the reception is very helpful and kind , the breakfast is poor , in general it's a nice hotel.

Ive been to this hotel on 2 separate trips 2 years apart and love it. It is situated in a great part of Beirut, has nice rooms and breakfast, and has amazing staff. The staff are very friendly, speak excellent English and are extremely helpful. Casa D Or has put Beirut on the map for me as a favorite vacation spot.

What can I say... This hotel was perfect. It started with a really nice and friendly receptionist, always smiling and cheerful. They gave me a free upgrade because a suite was available. The food at the restaurant was very good and the room was perfectly cleaned. My room was very calm, no sound from the street at all. Close to every accommodations. The internet connection was fast (and unlimited). Well, to summarize : I definitely recommend that hotel to any travelers!

Nice hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Area was interesting with lots of restaurants and shops. Staff arranged for a car and driver (Raymond) who was very good. Would stay here again.
