Friendly staff. Good Central location in the Hamra District. The room is small but adequate for an overnight stay.

We were 3 in 2 rooms. It was ok. Free wifi was working on and off just like in every hotels we'be been in (even in 5 stars hotels). The toilet sest was not fixed in our room and there was a cockroach in the other room. But except of these little details it was a good hotel for our last night in Beirut.

Stayed for 9 nights. The first room was spacious but outdated, the renovated room we moved to 306 was not as comfortable. No electrical outlets to charge phone or computer, the toilet seat was broken, electric outlet don't work, wrong size mattress cover, kept coming off, the body wash towels were not replaced by housekeeper and limited TV channels

After seeing all the reviews I was hoping my stay would be much better than it was. I went for a week for business and would not return to this hotel. The room was a decent size, the bed was not particularly comfortable, the bathrooms were very dated and weren't up to a good standard, the windows are very thin so you could hear a lot of what's going on outside (notably the call to prayer every morning and there was a wedding one time until midnight), the staff seem pretty apathetic to everything, only one staffer was friendly, they had a bowl of fruit upon arrival but they were already too ripe to eat and the cleaning staff never took them away, the Wi-Fi was spotty and the breakfast was mediocre at best. The only good thing about this hotel is the neighborhood of Hamra, which always has something going on. I'll definitely be trying out another hotel next time I'm in Beirut

Stay there for 2 days.... hotel is very clean and the workers are very friendly.... right in the heart of Hamra. I would stay there again for sure
