I had a wonderful stay at Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. The facilities are excellent, but what made my experience truly special was the outstanding staff. I especially want to thank Aurelio for helping me during snorkeling and for kindly providing a bandage when I cut my finger on corals. His attentiveness and professionalism made me feel well taken care of. Thanks for the warm hospitality and friendly service throughout my stay. It made the trip memorable, and I would gladly return here. Highly recommended resort with an amazing team.

We had a lovely time at Crimson! Everything from the food to the staff to the amenities was top notch! We felt very welcomed and the staff was fabulous. The rooms were perfect and we loved hanging by the pool and using the gym. There is a couple of dining options with large menus which we enjoyed as well. The food and service was beyond 5 star! Can definitely recommend!

Our family stayed at Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan, Philippines, for two nights before our international flight, and it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. While check-in was smooth, it felt a bit impersonal—but the overall service more than made up for it. Special thanks to Juvs, Ehla, Cyrus, Hazel, Jason, Gabe, and the amazing beachside feeding team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and ideal for families. We especially appreciated the hotel tour, which helped us get familiar with everything right away. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious meals and a breakfast buffet with plenty of variety for both kids and adults. Family-friendly amenities like the feeding dish and foam party made the stay even more enjoyable. With its location near the airport and early breakfast options, Crimson is a top pick for travelers. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. We went Cebu during the rainy season, but the hotel provided us lots of things. Jett, Arce, and Vandy at Tie-dye place treated us very well.

We had an excellent stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. I just wish the rooms had bigger garbage cans. But overall it was a wonderful experience

We all enjoyed staying at the resort. We stayed the whole time at the resort and we enjoyed everything. The pool is great, feels heated and the depth is just right. Even my 2 yo daughter enjoyed it. The only negative feedback I can give is on the food, for those use oil like vegetable lumpia, lechon belly, potato wedges, it felt like there was too much oil. You can feel it when you bite into it. But the other food were great. Enjoyed the sisig, chicken inasal, pancit, the sandwich were all great and very filling. The foam party in the pool was also a good experience.
