"Many problems from the start"

Working the first hour of arriving all of these happened: The person who welcomed us recommended enya restaurant three times. Once we went there, we learned that it had been fully booked by a party. Then walked to the pool bar restaurant, which has no A/C and was very hot. There are two WiFi’s available to guests. One worked best in the room, and that one did not allow us to browse the property map and resistant info. I asked for a paper copy, and was told “we are an eco friendly property”, however - after scanning my passport electronically, the employee also copied and printed a paper version. And also sent paper to the room every day with weather information. Yet, no employee or manager was willing to print a copy of the property map out for me. Learned that only one restaurant is open for lunch (the one with no A/C), and the hotel does not allow the delivery of food. I am an adult and do not need a hotel to tell me how to protect from getting sick from food. It is absolutely ridiculous and childish to make a rule against food delivery because some guests make mistakes. That is their fault. Learned that the room service menu is extremely limited. Not at all what I would expect from a resort. The next day - As my travel partner arrived at the airport, she discovered that your employee never returned our passports. I call down and after 10 minutes learn that your team had our passports, and nobody bothered to notify us. Luckily she has an id card which allowed for her domestic travel, had it been international, she would have been in serious trouble. The fact that your staff did not see the passport issue as critical and held them for nearly 20 hours is insane. My final day included me calling down for baggage pickup, and I was told that the team is busy so it may take 5-10 minutes. It was 35 minutes before anyone showed to get the bag. The restaurants and food was very good. And servers were great.

"Great luxury stay at the Crimson"

I had a lovely stay at the Crimson, the staff were attentive without being overbearing and friendly and helpful throughout. The facilities are really nice and pool and leisure area decent. The extras you get free are a nice touch (mini bar, lift to airport, snorkeling). The breakfast was exceptional. My only slight advice is to include service and tax in the displayed cost for everything.

"Absolutely Amazing Stay"

We spent a long holiday weekend had an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was truly outstanding — every staff member was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food options were fantastic, with plenty of variety and excellent quality at every meal. There were also lots of activities to enjoy throughout the day, which made the stay both relaxing and fun. Everything about this place — from the atmosphere to the service — exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and memorable getaway.

"Surprise for our kids"

We surprised our kids with a quick weekend getaway, and they were thrilled — they had no idea it would be at such a beautiful resort! Every moment at Crimson was truly memorable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the place exceeded all our expectations. No photo can truly capture how stunning it is in person. Every bit of our stay was absolutely worth it.

"A magical first visit to Cebu Mactan thanks to Crimson"

We literally just left Crimson Resort Mactan a few hours ago after a truly unbelievable experience. The service, communication and enthusiasm was present in my interactions with the team even months before our visit. Setting up our preferences pre-trip was a breeze and all the terms were transparent. Our flight was scheduled very early but that obstacle was smoothed by the Crimson staff. We felt like VIPs from the moment we were picked up from the airport. Ivan was ready with a sign welcoming us. He was kind enough to wait a few minutes while we did some duty free shopping at the airport. He explained the area to us on the drive and ensured we had waters and snacks. Upon arrival, we were given Lei's, welcome drinks and we were whisked immediately to our villa - beachfront casita 102. Mar was my villa host and was an absolute dream. She was very responsive and attentive to our questions. Our casita was beautiful and steps away from the white sand, restaurants and the pools. We spent a lot of time poolside and we received fantastic service from the Azure staff. We had dinner there once and the ambience was perfect. We took advantage of massages at Aum spa. It was truly an invigorating experience for my mom and I. I cant recall the name of the therapists but they were great. Our last dinner was at Enye. Wow. What an impressive Spanish tapas experience. We enjoyed a 5 (more like 7) course tastings menu and it was top notch. Service, food, drinks - world class. I cannot stay enough about the ground staff and the leadership staff. You can really tell that the Crimsom group takes pride in what they do.

"Beautiful resort to relax and have a good time with extraordinary food&service"

Even if we didn‘t arrive as planned because our international flight was delayed over 15 hours, we then had the best stay at Crimson. We were warmly welcomed to paradise with a beach bag and a hat - everything you need in the nice villas they offer. We had the food package and because we couldn‘t use it as planned (because of our huge flight delay) they found an extra solution for us. The transfer was also super convenient and we could postpone it easily via e mail because of our delay. Nobody was ever unpatient - the staff is so friendly, warm hearted and kind that we felt well-received from the first moment after our exhausting travel. We would always choose Crimson again! The food at the restaurants was extraordinary as well, always taken my gluten intolerance into account and again with the best service you can wish for.

"Will recommend this place to all"

This was a last minute stay and Becca from housekeeping was able to accommodate us so perfectly - from check in, during the stay and check out. She was kind, informative and so receptive with us. I was also impressed with the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect combination of traditional Filipino food and western food. Regards to chef Andrew! For all the other staff I met throughout the stay, they were so kind. Grateful for this short stay. Can’t wait to come back next month!
