These are the people who offer the best advice, the warmest welcomes, and a reminder that kindness is a universal language. We had such a great time at the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. The resort is stunning, and all the dining options are fantastic. What makes Crimson extra special is their exceptional staff. They’re all so welcoming and friendly, creating a great atmosphere throughout the resort. Special acknowledgement to Adrian at Enye, Drei & Tin at Saffron, Maria, Tin, Jason at AKA, and the extraordinary team at Azure: Juvs, Jelou, Sarah, Mitch, Neck, Albert, Alfonso, Ken, Vino and Erika. Our time at this resort was just amazing, we can’t wait to come back! The resort is absolutely stunning but it’s the staff that made it a truly exceptional experience. And this team works hard - some of the same staff who greeted us at breakfast also served us later at dinner! They work very long days over the festive season and yet their service was always top standard. We dined at all the restaurants and found all of them to be fantastic - great quality food and service. The highlight of our stay was the Azure Beach Club - absolutely great vibes! The location is postcard perfect and the vibes really are spot on. We loved the music, the ambience, the drinks (hello happy hour!) but more than anything we loved the team. When I say they were ALL great, I really mean it! Special shout outs to Sarah, Erika, Juvs, Jelou, Neck, Mitch and bartenders Ken & Alfonzo! They made our Christmas one we will remember forever. We honestly loved everything about our time at Crimson and will definitely return. Our only feedback is about the pool loungers - there are limited loungers and people leave towels and a couple personal items to reserve them but don’t come back for hours, sometimes not at all. We found all pool loungers were reserved by 8am/9am but only a few people actually in the pool. I would suggest the team implement a rule that loungers left unattended for an hour are cleared so it’s fair for all guests to be able to use them.

Beautiful, luxurious resort that anticipated almost nearly all of our needs ahead of time. All the staff we interacted with were warm, caring and friendly. The food and beverages were top notch and the facilities and most of all, our room (beach villa) was amazing! Highly recommend this resort if you want an extra special stay in Mactan! Thank you! The Resort is setup very well in regards to room locations to pool and restaurants, The Rooms are very nice with Comfortable beds, The facility is super clean and quiet. However the best part was the People and Service we received and a Special Thank needs to go to André (Saffron) as well as Albert (Azure)

Thanks so much first to Sir Ralph from the events for making our wedding weekend extra special and for very accommodating to our requests. For our rehearsal dinner event, he stayed all throughout the event. All of the staff of Crimson Resort are very friendly and the service is topnotch.

Rooms were very clean and tidy, the staff is amazing, breakfast variety is what I was expecting. Crisha was of a great help

Slightly late review After walking out of another hotel we had fully paid for because we had a terrible experience on the first night we took a gamble on the Crimson and thank God we did! Right from the concierge we knew we had made the right choice, we arrived at 9am so too early for the room but we explained our circumstances and said we just wanted to use the pool while we waited, check in was swift, we were given an upgrade to a garden bungalow and had the key by 10.30am, could not fault check in at all. Hotel is beautiful, decent facilities and a fantastic pool, food is great and a lot of choice, WiFi works everywhere and is good but for us the best part about this hotel is the staff, they were all amazing and always full of smiles, everywhere we went we experienced welcoming staff and as we spent a lot of time in Azzure we got to meet a few regularly, the staff in there are so professional and happy, just some of the staff we experienced were Jonny, Stephen and Mitch, there were others as well but I didnt get their names. We would highly recommend this hotel to couples, we would return here
