Good location and nice quiet room

Breakfast could have been better. Reception staff seemed overwhelmed at check out. I left a phone charger behind in the room by accident but when I made enquiries regarding this, the staff were unhelpful. So clearly it had not been handed in to lost property!

Lovely charming hotel that is deceptively large. Very nicely appointed and spacious room. The hotel is in a fantastic location opposite the main entry to the castle. Breakfast was excellent.

We spent a night her on Thursday 11th June. The room we had booked was delightful, no. 406 We had a balcony with views of Windsor Castle. Robes slippers and chocs were left in the room. Unfortunately we had a noisy hen party next door,so from 6-45 lots of door slamming squealing and exuberance. Breakfast was average. At 9-40 there were no pastries or croissants left. I did have two brought to me after the chef had put more in but they should check the trays. Little choice of juices ,orange and apple. I personally don't like either. The staff were all very polite, especially the man who let us out into the carpark Had I not left some underwear behind in one of the draws ,I would have given 4 stars. After emailing and phoning, someone eventually got back to me and said it wasn't there. It definitely was, so not impressed with the cleaning staff.I was told I would be contacted Saturday but I wasn't. No great loss but I don't like dishonesty. Perhaps their need was greater than mine 🙂

Good location, pleasant staff and clean rooms

Location was excellent and some of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Room was not as clean as we would have liked; there was mould around the tiles in the shower and under the beds was pretty grotty - we found an insect trap. No bedside storage in the room. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was and not allergen friendly. Some staff seemed out of their depth, especially at breakfast and on the bar. One receptionist was really quite rude when she responded to me about our room not being ready after I said we were happy to wait.

Great location

Phone system had you scan a QR code to reach the front desk, but it didn’t work. No USB ports. Burned out lightbulbs in my room. For what I paid, I thought it should be better quality. Food at the restaurant was terrible.
