Location Got us the rooms we pre requested

Food Strange sewer smell Once we were there they didn’t care so much, all though very attentive ahead of our arrival

Parking was very expensive. Also, the sensor lighting in the halls was difficult with so many stairs to navigate.

Contacting reception to gain access to car park was difficult, took a long time and was inefficient. Room was too hot and air conditioning did not work efficiently Pillowcases did not even fit the pillows which was not pleasant from a hygiene perspective No vanity kit in bathroom

Super location and friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and lovely decor throughout the hotel. The breakfast was nice.

The only thing that I didn't like was that to order room service you had to use a mobile phone, and there was no network coverage in the room, so I had to go to reception.

Right in the heart of everything. Parking space available at extra charge. Lovely breakfast. Only downside no outside space to sit in nice weather
