"Very Good"

Top Lage, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Windsor braucht. Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was besonders im Sommer angenehm ist.

"Lovely and convenient"

Huge room, very comfortable. Shower and separate bath. View of street, castle and shops.

Parking garage requires staff assistance. Not convenient when staff forgets to assist and is argumentative. *only once

The food in the restaurant was good, particularly dinner. The hotel was very convenient for the event at the castle- the reason for the visit.

Reception really seemed to be inefficient. Some language difficulties early on. The first evening the bar and restaurant were seriously understaffed. Sometimes Faulty Towers came to mind!

"Great apart from breakfast which was disappointing"

Great location

Breakfast very poor only one choice of egg and everything was overcooked kept on running out of food and bowls cups and dishes
