Well, just want to let you all know i really had a great and resting time at your hotel! Since the very beginning when checking in, through the whole staying, till i checked out! Great Job to all! This hotel had very few of the amenities advertised. NO PHONE IN ROOM, TV Did not work, no hair dryer. And the front desk did not answer numerous calls I got so frustrated I left early. I had 4 pixelated channels on day 2 in the afternoon of my stay. The a/c was set on 65 and floor was moist. The staff was nice and tried to work with what they were given by what I am sure is a bad management team. Needless to say I took an early flight and fled

Leak above the bed and dirty bed sheets. Bugs. I appreciate them administering a refund and being understanding we could not stay in a room like that
