Beach Bungalow Inn and Suites

No breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful, and room was clean and comfortable.

Fridge and ice bucket were not cleaned. Safe did not work.

I refuse to tell you just how great a stay this place is... I've been coming here for decades, and selfishly, I want it to remain the nice and quiet and obscure place that it's always been🙂.

The staff was great, like the size of the bathroom and resort location

No assigned parking? Ceiling squeaked, shower head fell off if you bumped it, very dark at night- need much more lighting. No sitting area in unit, just 2 bedrooms and a bath?

Location was good.

Ran out of hot water. Chilly showers.

Beds were comfortable, location was good for walking around town

dust on the lamps, website offered breakfast but that was incorrect, security lock to door didn't work, no instructions from office staff as to changes from our previous stay, no number on website to call the motel directly

Customer service, we were told we were going to get a credit for the second night that we did not stay and I have an email confirmation explaining that and I still do not see a credit on my credit card. I’ve called four times to the hotel and this still hasn’t been corrected.

Good size room.

Tidy but could be cleaner. Lack of staff. They don't have people in the office just someone who checks in a couple hours a day.

The premises was nice, but landscaping cleanup should be a little bit better than I expect. It should be maybe I over see things different than other people, but it would make our stay there a little bit happier face.
