Great communication regarding our late arrival. Perfect location within close proximity to Morro Rock and beach. Our room was so cute and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

AC unit was great! Bed was comfy and clean! Location! Refrigerator! Fireplace! Coffee pot! Clean ceiling fan! Lighting with nighstands! TV!

Shower drain quickly backed up - serious hygiene issue! Our showerr pressure at times was low! No complimentary breakfast as advertised! No outdoor seating as advertised for our deluxe booking!

nice location room was great

i hadn’t notice my reservation only had myself and my husband listed so upon arrival even though we had reserved a 2 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and separate rooms i was still charged an extra $115 to have my children with us. i have never had this issue before with ANY hotel i’ve ever stayed at with our kids and found it strange. wether they were with us or not nothing should have changed.
