"laundry "

this is my first hotel stay that we have to bring dirty towels to front desk everyday to get new towels. they don't clean room till after we left and we stayed there 4 days. this was not communicated during check in or during booking. otherwise staff was very nice. location is good. there are nearby restaurants to walk to .
