Thank you all again so much for keeping this place top notch for all your guests ! We will miss you all ! Till we meet again !

My husband is a traveling Superintendent and we stayed here for 3 months. The rooms are extremely efficient and we travel with our dog so the room closest to an exit was awesome. Words cannot express what an enjoyable trip this was. Many thanks to the front desk Mgr.Candice, William and Amber. Your customer service skills are exceptional! A huge thank you to the Cleaning staff, Brenda, Rosa and Gloria. Even the Maintenance women, Heather and Luann couldn't have been more helpful. Always stay at this hotel when working in the area - the staff is friendly and helpful in this newer hotel that provides clean rooms with modern decor and fabulous NEW beds that sleep so comfortably! Always nice to be able to control your own wall thermostat in a room away from home too! Offers a small canteen area for purchases, the only way way they might improve would to be to offer a complimentary breakfast! Always appreciate my stays here.

I was traveling with a business associate for a trade show after working all day. We drove 6 hours to Radcliff Ky from Birmingham Al, I am an IHG Rewards Club member and had a reservation for one night. Upon arrival the desk clerk informed me that management had overbooked the hotel and that there we did not have a room. She handed me a piece of paper that had the address of another hotel 10 miles away that had a room for us. I asked why no one called and she replied that she thought someone had called. I assured her that I got no call. She said that management always overbooks in an attempt to keep hotel 100% booked. Not a good policy for the poor soul that gets there at 9:00 pm and thinks they have a room. She said they would cover the cost of the other hotel. When I got to the other hotel they had one room that had not been cleaned. They told me that It would be ready in an hour. I am a Hilton Honors member and usually stay at Hilton properties. I have always had 5 star service from the Hilton group. This was my first attempt to stay at an IHG property in a while. They used to call their membership the Priority Club. I can understand why they changed their name. I won't use them again.

Plumbing needs work on toilets don’t fully flush .

First time staying at Candlewood Suites. The staff at the front desk were super nice and let me check in early. I didn’t expect the room to have a full size kitchen. It was super clean and very nice. I will definitely stay there again! GK Brad

My stay was absolutely great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and cozy the bed was comfortable.

large king sweet was awesome, had 4 foot tear along transition strip of living room rug leading into kitchen, why this is not repaired is inexcusable as it is obvious it has been getting larger by the month. Everything else was great, as nice and large of a king sweet you can find.

A wonderful visit. Our room was spotless, staff helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate my elderly parents. Updated room, all the conveniences of home. The beds!! So comfy.

Extremely clean and nice facility. All employees were very pleasant and my over all stay was very satisfied.
