Candlewood Suites Radcliff - Fort Knox by IHG

Property was great, hotel was clean inside and out. The only issue I had was the room card reader was not working so I had to bother the front desk everytime I left my room to let me back in. They were as nice as could be about it.

I liked we were close to restaurants and neighborhood market. They were one of very few that took pets. They let us borrow some chairs so we could play cards.

Great hotel but the person above me stomped around every morning at 6 am like he was at home.

To say this staff goes above and beyond would be an understatement. This was a last minute business trip and I brought my dogs. This staff was so accommodating when they absolutely did not have to be. Great venue, great service, great price, and great service. Plus, a full size kitchen. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned once a week and they do an excellent job cleaning the room. Thank you Brenda and Rosa for taking pride in your work and doing such an excellent job on the rooms. The only downfall is they do not serve breakfast.

The best thing that I believe about Candlewood Suites in Radcliff KY, is that the staff are very caring and concerned that everything is working to your benefit. The personal that I will fondly remember are Amber at the front desk who always had a smile and a friendly word to say when you are coming or going. Along with William who also greeted you with a smile and a song and Arita who is always smiling and helping get the computer system to recognize what my son need printed. Brenda is an awesome Head of housekeeping and made sure you where fine with the room and it’s cleaning. Heather the maintenance person in on top of her work and fixes what needs to be fixed or gets a replace that day. I would stay here again and recommend that anyone traveling to Fort Knox to select Candlewood Suites Radcliff as their home away from home, because they make you feel like you are a part of the family. Thank you for a wonder stay from October-December 2019.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood the staff was very friendly and pleasant. This is where I will always stay when I come to Fort Knox. Was able to use my IHG. Thank you for making my stay so relaxing.
