Candlewood Suites Radcliff - Fort Knox by IHG

Check in and dietary staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was good size and clean. Location was easy to find and close to the interstate. I think I found my new hotel favorite. I highly recommend this place.

When i arrived to check in, they put us in a room with a queen size bed and i had a paid reservation for a king size bed. I did not receive a courtesy notification about this so we were kinda upset.

I booked a room online and when I arrived the hotel was fully booked. I asked for a copy of the cancellation(for reference) and the front desk attendee was VERY rude and said he “was not able to print a copy of the cancelation or a screen print” Unexceptable!

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the first time. The facilities were nice and the staff (All) were very courteous and professional. Ms Amber stood out for her knowledge and professionalism. We experienced car trouble and had to extend our stay twice and Ms Amber handled our lengthy stay very well. Ms Amber, we salute you. Loved this place! Amber and Wendy went out of their way to accommodate our special needs. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The furniture and beds were super comfy and we never heard a sound from other guests. We'll be back!

The staff was friendly, very helpful, room were clean and stocked If all Candlewoods are like this one, I have found my new place to stay while on vacation

I booked my trip on hotwire.com and it selected Candlewood Suites. I loved my stay there. The staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy. It is located close to restaurants. I will be staying there on my next trip.

All good no issues really liked the kitchen

This place really caters to long term out of state employees. Staff is generally nice, but does not enforce mask laws and I would estimate 90% of the people staying here do not follow the mask laws. If you stay on the backside of the hotel you are near the outside BBQ/ smoking area. This seems to be the place for people to congregate nightly to drink, eat, and carry on from 6pm until well into the wee hours of the morning. Good luck with getting a good night sleep. The best days that we stayed here was when we travelled to Indianapolis for four days. When I brought up the issues with people hanging out until the wee hours of the morning, the management was completely unwilling to rectify this nuisance.

Overall great stay. Only complaint is that the microwave was broken and the tv remote did not work with the cable box. Those are just minor things though.
