The restaurant by the private beach is open from June to September. Please note that children under 14 years cannot access the spa. Guests aged from 14 until 18 years can access the spa only when accompanied by an adult. Free bikes are subject to availability. Small dogs allowed with extra charge of € 30.00 per day. Pet kit included (mat + bowl). Areas not allowed: SPA and Beach, where not allowed by city ordinance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Excelsior Hotel, SPA & Lido – Preferred Hotels & Resorts in Pesaro verbracht und sind restlos begeistert! Dieses Hotel vereint Luxus, Komfort und exzellenten Service auf höchstem Niveau. Personal & Service: Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns förmlich von den Augen abgelesen – und das mit echter Herzlichkeit. Besonders beeindruckend: Am Strand gibt es einen Knopf am Tisch, mit dem man das Personal rufen kann. Innerhalb weniger Minuten wird frisches, gekühltes Wasser kostenlos serviert – jedes Mal! Lage & Strand: Die Lage direkt am privaten Sandstrand ist ideal. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und durchdacht organisiert. Die Liegen sind dem jeweiligen Zimmer zugeordnet – wir waren in Zimmer 202 in der ersten Reihe mit atemberaubendem Meerblick. Einfach traumhaft! Auch die Nähe zur Promenade ist perfekt – zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer & Ausstattung: Unser Zimmer war luxuriös ausgestattet, mit eigenem Jacuzzi und edlem Design. Hier wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht, um maximalen Komfort zu bieten. Kulinarik: Das Restaurant im Hotel ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Gerichte sind nicht nur optisch ein Genuss, sondern schmecken auch hervorragend – kreativ, frisch und absolut köstlich. Der Service ist dabei stets aufmerksam und professionell. Für Feinschmecker ein echtes Muss! Wellness & Spa: Der Spa-Bereich ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Stilvoll, modern und mit einer tollen Auswahl an Anwendungen – hier kann man wunderbar abschalten. Fazit: Ich selbst bin sehr anspruchsvoll und eher kritisch, aber hier konnte ich beim besten Willen nichts Negatives finden. Das Hotel überzeugt in allen Bereichen und ist jeden Cent wert. Ich kann es wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen – ein Ort zum Wiederkommen!

"We were deceived – hotel failed to refund as promised"

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with this hotel. After our stay, hotel management agreed to refund us as compensation for several issues during our visit. They asked us to provide our bank details and to remove a review we had posted – which we did, in good faith. It has now been over six weeks, and we still have not received any payment, despite following up multiple times. The hotel has stopped responding entirely and has clearly broken the agreement they themselves initiated. This is not just poor service – it’s outright dishonesty. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and we are moving forward with formal complaints.
