Im Hotel eigenen Restaurant hat uns das Essen nicht so geschmeckt und auch Preis-Leistung stimmt dort nicht.

From the first moment we entered until we left, Diana (Guest Relations) and her team treated us like royalty. Everyone was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The room was stunning (along with the view). The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastic (feather or memory foam!). The beach set up was luxurious and not crowded like the other hotels. The dining was top notch including the wine. We ate on the beach twice and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and the coffee was good. The spa and wellness were clean and comfortable. We also had a couples massage which was very relaxing. Excelsior is a wonderful experience and we would recommend it highly.

Parking per night was a bit high but it is a five star hotel so perhaps that’s normal. Pesaro is a resort town so it can be quite crowded on the beach (but the Excelsior beach was less so).

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vor allen Dingen alles frisch. Das Personal super nett und sehr aufmerksam. Hier ist der "Gast noch König". Im ganzen Hotel von der Bedienung bis zum Reinigungspersonal und natürlich auch der Patron sind sehr freundlich und verbreiten eine positive Stimmung.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were friendly and the service was attentive but unobtrusive. We got everything we needed, including help finding an emergency dentist! The food was superb - from great breakfasts all the way to wonderful suppers on the beach. The location is fantastic and everything felt stylish and well-thought out. We loved everything about it and will certainly be back!

It was amazing. The hotel corresponds to its level 100%. Starting from the check-in, which happened at night (everything was perfect), until the check-out, our vacation was surrounded by pleasant, caring, hospitable staff, a cozy atmosphere, delicious food. Breakfasts were very tasty and varied with a huge selection, including Prosecco, fresh juice and much more. Gratitude to the housekeeping team. The rooms are perfectly clean, cleaned every day. Towels in the rooms were changed 2 times a day. Special thanks and admiration to the staff of the restaurant & Lido. Olha, Sasha, Ksenia, Anastasia and their Boss. Thank you very much for your care. The beach service was also perfect. Fresh compliments, fast service, hospitality, all this allowed us to enjoy our vacation.
