部屋が価格の割に狭い

Es war traumhaft, hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten und ab der ersten Sekunde wohl!

La struttura è fantastica, il Personale è professionale e attentissimo ai bisogni dei clienti. Assolutamente consigliato per qualche giorno di relax. Bravi!

Insgesamt sehr gelungenes Gesamtkonzept: Empfang, Rezeption, Haus, Zimmer, Strandanlage mit Bistro und vor allen Dingen super netten und immer freundlichen sowie aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern - Man hat sich von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Weiter so bitte!

It was amazing. The hotel corresponds to its level 100%. Starting from the check-in, which happened at night (everything was perfect), until the check-out, our vacation was surrounded by pleasant, caring, hospitable staff, a cozy atmosphere, delicious food. Breakfasts were very tasty and varied with a huge selection, including Prosecco, fresh juice and much more. Gratitude to the housekeeping team. The rooms are perfectly clean, cleaned every day. Towels in the rooms were changed 2 times a day. Special thanks and admiration to the staff of the restaurant & Lido. Olha, Sasha, Ksenia, Anastasia and their Boss. Thank you very much for your care. The beach service was also perfect. Fresh compliments, fast service, hospitality, all this allowed us to enjoy our vacation.

We stayed at Hotel Excelsior for 4 night in a Deluxe Sea View Room with Beach Access. Overall, it was a wonderful atmosphere and experience. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, the bathroom very well equipped for all needs. The breakfast area is exquisite decorated and relaxing. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even helped us in booking a fantastic boat tour to explore the Adriatic coast, which we really enjoyed. The only downside was related to the beach umbrella access, witch we feel should be explained more clearly at the time of booking. While our room included in the offer 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, we were only informed after booking, via a small note in the confirmation email - and we didn't pay close enough attention to this paragraph - that our umbrella was assigned to row 8 from the sea, as the front rows are reserved for another type of rooms/ suites or for annual subscribers ... even if the front rows were unoccupied. However, after I explained that we only wanted to stay for a short time, the staff kindly allowed us to use a better place closer to the sea. We really appreciated their understanding and flexibility. That said, everything else was truly excellent, we left with good memories... We definitely recommend The Excelsior Spa Hotel!

Die Lage und die freundlichen Menschen.

Die Preise hätten etwas günstiger sein können. Das Essen auf der Strandterrasse könnte etwas bessere Qualität haben.

Dit hotel is in één woord subliem, alles is perfect voor elkaar. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, attent en professioneel, klantgericht. Locatie direct aan het strand met eigen toegang tot stand. Hoge mate van service zowel in het hotel als op het strand en in het strandpaviljoen. Mooie kamer, warm en stijlvol ingericht met eigen balkon met uitzicht op zee (mits zeezicht geboekt). Kamer is voldoende ruim met bank, tafel, stoel, bureau, bed en ruimte badkamer. Iedere dag meermaals aanvullen van flesjes water en ook handdoekwissel. Op het strand vaste en altijd beschikbare bedjes met parasol, stoel en opbergkist incl. handdoeken (mits geboekt). Eigen parkeergarage. Ruimte ontbijtzaal met binnen en buiten en voldoende keuze, verse sappen en van alles wat je wenst overal eerdere keuzes uit variëteiten. Wij hebben genoten van onze dagen aan het strand.

Parkeren in de parkeergarage is erg duur, maar wel handig omdat er rondom het hotel weinig parkeergelegenheid is.
