"Unfriendly host"

The B&B was lovely and the setting picturesque unfortunately the hostess was unfriendly to the point of being rude. We thought it was just us but the other two parties staying there at the same time had the same opinion.

"Best experience of a B&B in years"

Warm and friendly greeting on arrival and very helpful when asked for information. Breakfast to die for and will definatley be returning as the location is perfect, as it is near enough to get to the centre of plymouth in about 20 minuets and yet as peaceful as you could wish for. The room was as spotlessly clean and had all the items you would wish for in a B&B. I was also impressed that their Sheep and Larma's were able to find their way along the country Lanes by themselves.
