Nice pub, good food just could do with more staff

Was told breakfast was 7.30 to 9.00 In fact at weekends it was 7.00 to 9.30 so up a bit early. Comfortable room with four poster bed. Shaver point did not work and no adapters available at the bar. All windows badly in need of a clean. Overall pleasent staff, good food, and very peaceful. May have to think about growing a beard!

Not so easy to locate but worth the stay.

Very good hotel in nice location . Staff are helpful and food is very good.

Only one night unfortunately, but spot on. Food excellent, a really friendly, local pub atmosphere. We're booking for two nights later in the year as a couple and all six rooms next year for a weekend family event.

One night stop after channel crossing in order to delay the M25 experience.

The hotel was shabby and the room very small. The sheets were unfortunately not entirely clean. The breakfast was usual B&B fare, but fine. The staff were really friendly and helpful however, and the location fantastic for Eurotunnel.

Decor and paintwork in our room was shabby and damp Bathroom needed attention on cleanliness. Toilet seat loose.

Lovely old building - would benefit from double glazing at this time of year but I would go back. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
