Pleasant welcoming staff and nice location for eurotunnel

Owners were very friendly. Room was big, a bit dated but everything you needed. Extention lead with usb points was useful. Breakfast was good, cereals juice and full english although no vegetarian sausages which is a surprise nowadays!

Lovely warm friendly welcome. Room was spotless, comfortable and nice bright and airy. Plenty of space and nice hot shower. Very local for port lympne, less than 15 mins drive. We chose not to have the breakfast as we left very early.

Overall a pleasant stay and great location for a quick stop over before the Euro Tunnel (10min drive)

Very friendly hotel. Could do with updating the rooms. Good hearty breakfast .good Sunday lunch. Ian and Elaine are perfect host’s.

This place is a little gem, the staff make it all the better

A great traditional pub with comfortable warm rooms above. Suited me and my dog very well before catching the Eurotunnel the following morning. Had the most wonderful meal excellently presented. I gather the owners haven’t been there very long but if they keep doing what they are then they will make it a very popular place to stay over.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room and good breakfasts. Recommend a stay.

accommodation was adequate, staff pleasant all in all stay was ok

More of a pub with rooms than hotel, but that's no bad thing. We use it as dog friendly, both the pub and customers! Good beer and food, welcome and warm. Could do with a bit of decorating here nd there but it's good for us.
