Friendly staff especially Ivan who was very helpful throughout my 2 nights stay. Besides, he went extra miles to explain and plan tourist attractions.

Breakfast was average and way too busy early in the morning. We also stayed on a non-smoking floor but it constantly smelled like someone had been smoking particularly in the early morning

L’hôtel n’est pas bien entretenu. La salle du petit-déjeuner ressemble à un réfectoire plutôt qu’une salle d’hôtel. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais.

The hotel is just 2 minute drive / 15 minute walk away from the East (main) entrance to the Wulingyuan park (the park with the Avatar mountains). There is a tourist center in the hotel which consulted me about trip routes very well for free. They guy in the tourist center speaks English well, he listened to my requirements, suggested a route in the Wulingyuan park part and on the Tianmen mountain, told how much time each segment takes and gave many other tips. So I highly recommend visiting the tourist center to plan your trip before going anywhere. Regarding the room, the beds and the overall stay were comfortable. The breakfast was good, various and included European food. There is good European food in the restaurant.

The room is quite outdated and needs a renovation. The A/C didn't work well, it was cold in the room. I asked the reception to fix it, they improved it, but A/C couldn't give more than 23.5 degrees. It was especially cold in the bathroom. It's also cold in the corridors, the lobby and the restaurant. Though, I stayed in the hotel in probably the coldest season of the year (the outside temperatures were around 0–5℃).

Travel to Avatar mountains. Enjoyed hotel and specially travel agent Mr Zhu, who made our stay really memorable and challenging. Very good professional. In the hotel we enjoyed room , foot massage. Good location. Breakfast is ok, could be better.
