It’s beautiful right on the lake facing the mountains.

I have been to this place before and I’m not going to complain about the flies bc it’s not the staff fault but seriously!! The chairs and tables were dirty like nobody cleans. Food stuck to things and dusty. Broken glass and stains on cushions and chairs.

Снимали семейную виллу. Спать в этих домиках не возможно! Рядом дорога, шум от машин, лай собак и звуки ветра с местным водопадом лишила нас сна полностью. Звукоизоляции в виллах нет. Такое ещущение, что спишь прямо на дороге в палатке. Полотенца были в пятнах, постельное бельё в пятнах. Номер затертый, стены грязные, на шторах пятна. В ресторане 80% меню отсутствовало, пришлось искать местную забегаловку что бы перекусить. Территория отеля старая и не ухоженная. Завтраки оставляют желать лучшего. Лежаки в ужасном состоянии. Если хотите хорошо отдохнуть до подъёма на вулкан, ищите другое место.

Quality and the quantity of the food

Hot spring was good. Hotel room was not good the first night, very noisy had to change rooms and next room was much better quieter and cleaner. I went to the hotel without a booking and they told me to book online but I met a family that did the same and booked on Agoda and was much cheaper. Half the price so do look around.

Roosters in small cages all day and all night not much water or food. I know it’s a tradition to use animals here but things do need to change. Noisy area. Ask for a quiet room away from the road here. Open to public so lots of people in hot springs. Music is as awful loud American pop music. Food was terrible. No vegan options except chips :( I would never go back here sorry. Overpriced I paid 1.6 million each night.

I liked the hot springs and the dinner restaurant had some amazing food options for vegetarians.

The Jecuzzi was broken, there was no hot water on the first day, the private pool was not very clean, there were lots of ants and fruit flies around the villa.
