Our room was Right by the highway

With family in Fairfield, this was our first stay at Delamar Southport and was very pleased with accommodations. Room was spacious, as was bathroom. Robes and slippers were much appreciated, as was the complimentary breakfast - which was high quality, good variety and delicious. Decor is traditional throughout the property, but well maintained. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Will definitely book again when in CT.

Great stay. Room was extremely comfortable. King bed with great sheets and pillows. Tabletop mini bar was a nice touch. Bathroom had a tub/shower combination. The tub was a nice long tub great for a soak. Plush towels, robes and slippers were comfortable touches. Service was very good and we found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was varied and very tasty. We also enjoyed a very good dinner on the hotel patio. The wait staff both at breakfast and dinner were very attentive and engaging. Great stay!!

the room is very noisy, window seal is bad as it is facing freeway. door has large gap and can hear people talking on hallway. not worth it for the price you pay.

This beautiful property was a delight from beginning to end. Tasteful antique decor, gardens, surprisingly excellent breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in this part of Connecticut.

The design is in shambles and not comparable to what they charge; desk was for super short people...each time I tried to sit I hit my knees; small counter area in bathroom, not antiques but aged furniture that looked like it was about to fall apart and parking with bad signage and no security....I was shocked!
