It was very clean, peaceful and the staff was very kind and accommodating

There is no complimentary breakfast and no smoking allowed on the property. I would suggest at least a discount breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel to accommodate, due to the high deposit cost.

Location is great. Front desk staff were awesome. Somewhat renovated. The courtyard was nice too.

The room is too dark. It could use better lightings. The shades were down at all times because outsiders can look right into the room from the window. There was a stain in the bedsheet which I found out on the 2nd day. The pillows were not comfortable.

This property is located in a commercial area close to malls and almost every high and mid-level store. It is close to restaurants including a super-good Phò place. The building is a bit awkward in that most rooms are in a separate building from the lobby and the elevator is actually attached to the secondary building rather than the primary one. But this architecturally uniqueness aside, the room was clean, good smelling, comfortable and adequate for a night stopover on our trip from Oregon to our home in Bishop California. In fact it was such a great value, that we will definitely stay there again for a future trip. A super minor problem was that there was a 2/3 oz little bottle of shampoo, one of conditioner and one of lotion—no body wash. Overall we recommend this hotel.
