The view was beautiful. Very beautiful place to stay.

The pillows were like air as soon as you put your head on them the air when out.There was a towel left on the chair outside.

Very clean. Creat air quality. Comfortable beds

Lite krånglig kommunikation med företaget efter bokningen och vid incheckningen. Ingen personal över huvud taget på hotellet under helgen. (Dock svarade de på telefon) Vi förstod inte vilket hus vi skulle bo i (det fanns två att välja på).. Ologisk uppmärkning av rum kontra den information man fick på bekräftelsen. Fanns ingen information/skiss över hur rummen är fördelade på de två husen

It’s beautiful and located with an amazing view

It was off season so was a little dusty and hardly any staff around the first stay. The second stay - a week later - was much better. The lights were all on, more staff around and the hotel as a whole was much cleaner

broken elevator, had to lug a lot of luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Couldn't even get in the building, everything locked up, no pass code to get in building. Pounded on doors, staff just ignored us while he chatted with his friends for 5 minutes. Room was not ready well past check in time

Erst einmal muss man sagen, dass es sich nicht um ein Hotel handelt, sondern um eine Anlage mit privaten Appartements, die von einer Verwaltungsgesellschaft vermietet werden, wenn die eigentlichen Eigentümer nicht vor Ort sind. Daher kann man nur immer jeweils das Appartement bewerten, was man zugeteilt bekommt. Wir hatten das Appartement 404A und dies war absolut spitze. 3 Doppelbetten auf 2 Etagen (Maisonettewohnung) mit spektakulären Ausblick auf das Skigebiet, eine super ausgestattete Küche, liebevoll eingerichtet und großem Fernseher mit gutem WLAN. Alles war sehr sauber in der Unterkunft.

Wie oben gesagt, war das eigentliche Appartement eins der schönsten in der ich je übernachtet habe. Was man allerdings nicht von der restlichen Anlage sagen kann. Der einzige (!) Fahrstuhl (für eine recht große Anlage) ist schon seit mindestens 7 Monaten defekt (wie man an den anderen Bewertungen ablesen kann), was dazu führte dass wir alle Koffer 4 Etagen hoch schleppen mussten. Die Rezeption war nie besetzt (zugegeben in der Nebensaison) und das ganze Haus wirkte ungepflegt. Es hat wohl kürzlich der Verwalter gewechselt, so dass man Hoffnung haben kann, dass es besser wird.
