Beautiful, but somewhat remote location 15 km outside of Golden. Great steam bath, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room. Apartments were well equipped and furnished.

No reception or anyone at the facility to interface with which caused some issues. We were able to resolve this with a phone contact. Halls and entryway could use better cleaning of floor and carpets, but apartments were very clean.

We stayed in the mountaineer lodge, the two bedroom suite was big enough to host a few extra people during the day as we were staying for a wedding.

Dishes were dirty, coffee maker was dirty, no front desk. 1 person to run two large hotel buildings. Could never find them. No help or customer service at the property. We were the bride and groom. No upgrade was offered, extra towels were requested a month ahead and not completed, early check was requested for bride and groom, not completed. Several maintenance issues, we were expected to take photos and send them. Keep in mind we were the bride and groom and did not have any time for this.

Lovely room with beautiful view. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant was lovely, with kind helpful staff. The situation was very beautiful.

lift wasn't working

Location did not serve breakfast and general store was closed for the duration of my stay.

I did not like how there were no staff on site. Finding my room and the gym was very difficult. Also lack of information about the area.

The bed and sofa was to my liking. Also the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. The place was cleaned.

The building shown on Booking.com website wasn't the building I stayed in. Secondly, the view was blocked by trees. Furthermore, the dishwasher stinks. Lastly, the was no staff on site when I arrived making my arrival stressful.
