"A comfortable stay so long as you are able to climb 77 steps with your luggage."

Comfortable bed and pillows in an upgraded apartment at a very good price. Lovely view. Coffee supplied.

Having to bring all of our luggage to the 4th floor because the lift wasn’t working was challenging. Locating reception and customer service at reception was disorganised with no instructions for parking.

"Spectacular secluded location not far from town and the amusement center"

We were so sorry we got here just days after new ownership took over and we’re still working out the kinks. The elevators didn’t work, yet. That said, I’d come back for certain. They got both the ski lift and gondola working today (June 5). They said the store will open on the 15th.

The elevators and garage door not working. I’m certain they will fix it soon!

"Lovely place to stay"

Room had wonderful view and was clean and well equipped.

Room was so hot and temperature gauge didn’t adjust and lift not working. I had a bad hip so made it difficult going up and down stairs.

beautiful mountain view

elevator broken. hot tub closed poor wifi disappointed that not told elevator wasn't working and hot tub sauna not working website also said restaurant on site but it was closed too
