The Miners Rest, formerly The Radstock Hotel, near Bath

We were checked in by Cayris, who set the tone for the whole stay. She and the other staff were outstanding.

Lots of stairs, but worth the climb to a very clean and comfortable room.

Location was where we needed to be

No dinner on the night we stayed.

We were drawn in by how good the restaurant looked ( but no mention that the restaurant is closed monday and tuesday) and ample parking

restaurant closed, room carpet had stains, wardrobe door missing, bathroom sealant and shower cubicle needs attention, no hot water in the morning and long wait for breakfast

Good location,great bar and breakfast staff,plenty of parking

Location was a little noisy,not much choice of pubs nearby

Needs money spent on it

Breakfast was very good.

Room needs renovation. Carpets should be removed forthwith.

Central location on national cycle network. Food and staff good.

Traffic noise. Rooms very dated.

Clean sheets and friendly staff

Lighting too bright or wrong place.
