Totally worn out and outdated, noisy guests, basic repairs and improvements not undertaken (door lock, toilet seat, TV)

"I would not stay here again because of the grubby environment."

The staff were friendly

Walls in room were grubby, hadn’t been decorated in years, wallpaper peeling in places, mirror on bathroom door cracked, no plug in sink, mould in corners of shower, windows badly needed cleaning and paint on frames peeling. Carpet stained. Curtain pelmet hanging off rail at one end. Breakfast choice limited- no jam or marmalade, no cereals. Sausages poor quality, baked beans- more sauce than beans
