Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall I found the hotel dated and in need of a coat of paint and some repairs. The evening meal was very good , and buffet breakfast was fine.

Beautiful location, however not so great for walking dogs on grounds because of the golf course. Which is a shame. Room was spacious and clean however we felt that the price was very expensive for what it is. Receptionist could be a little more welcoming seeing as the first impression of a business is them and of their service.

Nice hotel, well placed for plymouth access. Comfy room, with good facilities that worked.

Last second decision. Only live 5 miles away. Just fancied a night away and a swim! Staff was exceptional, room was very quiet and comfortable.

Lovely, 5th visit when working in the area

My husband and I visited Eldfordleigh hotel for a weekend break. Very nice exactly how we thought it would be. Basic spa hotel but not a fancy one which youd pay more for. Food good, room good, staff good. Nothing stands out. Yes we would come back.

We only stayed one night, the hotel facilities are lovely as are the grounds. Staff are superb. There were a few things, the loo brush and flush handle were corroded, there was dust on the side lights. We couldn't turn the radiator off. There was black mould in the shower. And the gutter was blocked and overflowing by our room, ehich woke me in the night, in heavy rain. All of this is trivial and didn't spoil our stay. The staff were brilliant and all really friendly. We had a lovely stay.

Overnight stay following birthday experience at Dartmoor Zoo. Lovely big family room. Great pool. One side of double bed a bit lower and less comfortable. Would be nice if twin beds had a reading light /lamp. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Fantastic hotel, staff were amazing, accommodating, friendly and made us and our doggies feel extremely welcome. This was our second stay here and we will be back.
