George & Pilgrims Hotel

Excellent hospitality, excellent housekeeping, excellent cleanliness, excellent energy and atmosphere. In the centre of town in one of the oldest buildings steeped in history. I have stayed here a few times now and every time is so good. I love takiing my friends and family to the George and Pilgrim.

A lovely old hotel with a beautiful, clean and uncluttered room

One night wasn't enough, so we're heading back next week! Great room, great staff, good food and epic history

The bed was a bit hard, but that really didn't overly bother us.

Location was perfect,rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were exceptionally definitely the best pub we’ve stayed at and I highly recommend it to everyone

Was very happy with room had nice corrector liked it very much and breakfast was very good and the staff are friendly loved the stay will be back again have been 3 times so far thanks for the great service

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel was stunning . A 15 th century building with huge atmosphere and lovely comfortable rooms . Very welcoming to cyclists

Nothing to dislike

Being told to go to bed......it was closing time but Being told we had to go to bed was a little harsh. Could have been handled differently
