The location is great! The view from the terrace was amazing. Clean room and very friendly staff.

Staff were incredibly friendly and the views were amazing

The hot breakfast was dreadful and the cold options limited. No one was eating the hot food as it was cold and slimey. They should just get rid of the hot food and invest in better cold options. The beds were hard and the swimming pool was too shallow to comfortably swim in. Hotel has such great potential

La ubicación es increíble. Las vistas hacia Curral da Feira, Pico Grande y resto del paisaje desde el hotel son inigualables

Hubo un problema con el jabón de la ducha y nos duchamos dos días sin jabón. No funcionaba la sauna ni el baño turco, pero sí el spa.
