Amazing view ! Location are real hidden gem . Easy hike trail just around the hotel . Nice staff . Great spa area (included in price) Tasty food (except tradirional Madeirian soup at restaurant 😅 that was a “scam”- didnt understand it was a joke or what . ) We really did enjoy this place ! 😇

I like the location. The views if you're able to see them are stunning.

The problem with this hotel is that there is nothing around it. The restaurant the hotel has is very poor quality. The dinner and breakfast I had was probably the worst ones I had on Madeira. First off they got my order wrong at dinner. The server then vanished into thin air. The fish overcooked to death and the garnish of shredded carrots on top was an interesting choice. Then you have the "spa" element. You have to pay 5 euros per person to use the sauna. Which is ridiculous considering how much your paying to be there already. We asked about getting a massage and apparently the massage therapist was out of town the rest of our stay. It's also a big tourist lookout spot so good luck trying to find parking. I would avoid booking this place. It did not live up to being a 4 star establishment.

The views, the Spa and Pool, the location and the staff.

We thought inclusive breakfast was OK but could be improved. Hot breakfasts need to be hot! Also fruit juices more like fruit squashes. Tea selection confined to fruit teas.

La vue de l’hôtel était magnifique, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par le personnel. La chambre était très agréable avec un grand lit, un frigo et un véranda avec une table et un petit canapé vue sur les montagnes. La salle de sport et l’espace détente ont aussi une vue magnifique ! Je recommande
