The views into the valley are stunning. It is really secluded in the top of the mountains with Curral de freías only a short drive or a 45 min hike down where there are restaurants etc. The restaurant is convenient and the food was good but not incredible. The staff were lovely and the shop/cafe on site was also a nice touch.

Whilst the beds were comfortable our room was directly below the restaurant and bar and the rooms are not very soundproof so we had disturbed sleep when people were moving chairs etc.

Os funcionários são bastante acolhedores e simpáticos, sempre disponiveis para nos ajudar. A localização, apesar de no topo da montanha, é incrivel, pois as vistas são de cortar a respiração. A zona da piscina e spa está bem equipada, também com vistas sobre o vale. Os quartos são bastante limpos e espaçosos. Fizemos duas refições ao jantar no hotel e a comida estava bastante boa e o preço não é exurbitante.

A única coisa que poderia melhorar é o pequeno almoço, que era razoável mas poderia ter mais variedade, e a localização das diferentes mesas do buffet deveria ser noutra zona, pois está imediatamente depois da porta da entrada para a sala e faz com que nos estejamos a servir e ao mesmo tempo a desviarmo-nos de quem entra, e vice versa.

Hotel wymagałby renowacji ale nadal jest funkcjonalny. Szkoda że spa jest jedynie do godziny 19.00, chętnie skorzystaliśmy po przyjściu z wędrówek . Sauna w cenie 10 euro / osobę ale nie zapewnia wyłączności

A sauna e o banho turco tem um custo adicional de 10€ por pessoa. Sendo que na piscina estavam várias pessoas, todas iam usufruir do benefício. Não acho correto.

Très bel hôtel avec une chambre spacieuse, une vue incroyable et une piscine magnifique. Le personnel à l’accueil est très accueillant, parle français et reste disponible tout au long du séjour.

Le restaurant est une grosse déception : service peu professionnel, personnel peu informé, aucune carte de boissons et des prix élevés pour une qualité qui ne suit pas. Egalement le personnel de ménage attendant devant la porte à l’heure du check-out, ce qui donne l’impression d’être mis dehors.

Very much enjoyed our 1 night here. Huge room, one double bed and two single beds in a smaller separate room, lots of space for all our stuff, good powerful and hot shower (both rainfall and wall shower options). Amazing views from the room balcony, from the restaurant, the short walk up to the view point, from the small outdoor cafe, sitting with a Poncha. This was a very relaxing stay and very quiet, not many people after 6pm when the tourist coaches stop, not that they really bother you because rooms look out to the other side so you only see people on the walk up to the viewpoint and cafe. Didn't try the spa so can't comment. Managed to park lots of space. The drive up is fun or scary depending on your disposition, bendy roads, lots of traffic, steep drops, potholes.

The double bed had a very firm mattress, too firm for me since I like a memory foam softer mattress. Moved to the twin bed which had a much softer mattress and was very comfortable.
